Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days. During launches, restocks, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping

Flat Rate Shipping: $9.00 per order.
All orders are shipped from Pennsylvania via USPS or UPS with tracking included.

Warm Weather Disclaimer

Wax melts may soften or sweat during warmer temperatures. This does not affect the performance of the product. Please allow melts to return to room temperature before opening or using.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double check your shipping address before placing your order. Love & Wax Co. is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once packages are handed to the shipping carrier, Love & Wax Co. is not responsible for shipping delays, lost, stolen, or damaged packages. However, we will always do our best to help assist you with tracking information or carrier claims if any issues arise.
